Humidity measurement in the gas hydrogen peroxide is especially difficult. Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) is a common method of sterilization in the pharmaceutical industry.  Read about the four phases of a typical sterilization cycle and why humidity measurement is so important.

Fun Fact:  Vapor may be programmed at a concentration in the air, typically from 140 ppm to 1400 ppm, depending on the infectious agent to be cleared. A concentration of 75 ppm is considered to be "Immediately Dangerous to Life or Health" in humans.
